Welcome to Movingness Somatic Workouts + teacher training!
Somatic Workouts, a guided 12-week training. Let’s build strength, improve mobility and enhance elasticity – without stress! During this course, you can stay connected with your body while building inner and outer power. And fully enjoy it! The classes are 60-70 min. They are recorded for you to keep.
Somatic Workouts Teacher Training, 12 weeks. After the workouts, we’ll meet for 45–60 min for the teacher training. Movingness is a holistic somatic method, so we’ll pay attention to both the body AND the mind. Especially, we’ll look into somatics, anatomy in movement, natural breathing, strength building, food & nutrition, active relaxation, intention, proprioception, predictive mind vs. receptive mind, tensegrity, (myo)fascia, elasticity, and mobility. Theory summaries and a movement library with all the movements will be included. The training is recorded for you to keep.

The course Movingness Somatic Workouts starts on:
- Monday, January 13 (for students from America and Europe)
- Wednesday, January 15 (for students from Asia-Pacific and Europe).
The course is 12 weeks and ends on March 31 or April 2.
The live classes on Zoom for group 1 are on Mondays at 7 PM.
The live classes for group 2 are on Wednesdays at 10 AM.
The workouts are 60–70 min and recorded for you to keep!
