IMPORTANT DETAILS
The course Movingness Somatic Workouts starts on:
- Monday, January 13 (for students from America and Europe)
- Wednesday, January 15 (for students from Asia-Pacific and Europe).
The course is 12 weeks and ends on March 31 or April 2.
The live classes on Zoom for group 1 are on Mondays at 7 PM.
The live classes for group 2 are on Wednesdays at 10 AM.
The workouts are 60–70 min and recorded for you to keep!
Please notice that all times are in Helsinki time (EET, UTC +2).
