Somatic Workouts Teacher Training. After the workouts, we’ll meet for 60 min for the teacher training. Movingness is a holistic somatic method, so we’ll pay attention to both the body AND the mind. Especially, we’ll look into somatics, anatomy in movement, natural breathing, strength building, food & nutrition, active relaxation, intention, proprioception, predictive mind vs. receptive mind, tensegrity, (myo)fascia, elasticity, and mobility. Theory summaries and a movement library with all the movements will be included. The training is recorded for you to keep. Price: USD 240
