The Earth Series is the foundation of Movingness. During 9 weeks, you’ll learn a series of movements that awaken your interoception and reconnects you with your body. The movements, practiced together with slow, natural breathing, make it possible to let go of tension in your body and mind, and create a deep sense of stillness and relaxation in your whole being.
