The Earth Series is the foundation of Movingness. During 9 weeks, you’ll learn a series of somatic movements that awaken your interception, release your fascia, and reconnect you with your body. The movements are practiced in a slow rhythm with deep natural breathing. This makes it possible to let go of tension in your body and mind, and create a profound sense of stillness and relaxation in your whole being.
