IMPORTANT DETAILS

Movingness Somatic Workouts with Dumbbells is an 8-week course. The workouts are 60 min and recorded for you to keep!

The course starts on March 13, 2025. The live classes on Zoom for students from America and Europe are on:

  • Thursdays at 7 PM Helsinki time (EET, UTC +2/UTC+3).

 

Unsure how it plays out in your time zone?

7 PM Helsinki time is in March:

  • 10 AM in Los Angeles, Vancouver
  • 1 PM in New York, Ottawa

In April, it will be:

  • 9 AM in Los Angeles, Vancouver
  • 12 noon in New York, Ottawa

In Europe, it will stay the same during the whole course:

  • 5 PM in London, Dublin, Lisbon
  • 6 PM in most central European countries (Berlin, Rome, Paris, Madrid, etc)
